XPlanung dataset BPL “Saiberg Specken (reset)”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Saiberg Specken (reassembly)” of the municipality of Malterdingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: To the north, the construction area “Ortsmitte”, to the south is the building area “Schwabental”, southeast the construction area “Hundsrücken-Schwabental Teilgebiet Specken” and to the east the construction area “Autal”.开发计划（Development Plan，BPL）涵盖了城市规划秩序领域具有法律约束力的各项规定。原则上，开发计划须以土地利用规划为编制基础。本次可用数据集为马尔廷根市（Malterdingen）采用XPlanung 5.0标准编制的开发计划《赛贝格施佩肯（重组版）》。数据集说明：该规划范围北侧为"镇区中心（Ortsmitte）"建筑地块，南侧为"施瓦本塔尔（Schwabental）"建筑地块，东南侧为"洪斯吕克-施瓦本塔尔施佩肯分区（Hundsrücken-Schwabental Teilgebiet Specken）"建筑地块，东侧为"奥塔尔（Autal）"建筑地块。
