包括窄分布醇醚硫酸盐AES的宏观相行为、调粘性、表面张力、AES溶液的发泡性和泡沫稳定性、多种无机盐对窄分布、常分布AES起泡性能及泡沫稳定性的影响、AES的润湿性及对大豆油和石蜡的乳化能力,以及对炭黑污布和皮脂污布的去污能力等参数数据。其中表面张力数据用静态平衡表面张力仪(静态平衡表面张力仪,K-12,德国Kruss公司)和动态表面张力仪(动态表面张力仪,BP100,德国Kruss公司)测定,界面物理化学参数依据相关公式和所得表面张力-浓度关系计算。粘度用数显旋转粘度计测定(数显旋转粘度计,NDJ-8S,上海力辰仪器科技有限公司)。透射电镜图用透射电子显微镜测定(透射电子显微镜,JEM-1011,日本电子株式会社)。去污能力用立式去污机(立式去污机,RHLQ-Ⅲ,中国日用化学工业研究院)测定,泡沫性能用泡沫分析仪(罗氏泡沫仪,MBM-RI,中国日用化学工业研究院)测定。采集地点在中国日用化学研究院有限公司,采集时间2018年1月-2020年12月。

This dataset includes parameter data such as the macroscopic phase behavior, viscosity adjustability, surface tension, foaming properties and foam stability of narrow-distribution alcohol ether sulfate (AES) solutions, the effects of various inorganic salts on the foaming performance and foam stability of both narrow-distribution and conventional-distribution AES, the wettability of AES, its emulsifying ability towards soybean oil and paraffin wax, as well as its detergency against carbon black-stained fabrics and sebum-stained fabrics. The surface tension data was measured using a static equilibrium surface tensiometer (model K-12, Kruss GmbH, Germany) and a dynamic surface tensiometer (model BP100, Kruss GmbH, Germany). Interfacial physicochemical parameters were calculated based on relevant formulas and the obtained surface tension-concentration relationship. Viscosity was measured with a digital rotational viscometer (model NDJ-8S, Shanghai Lichen Instrument Technology Co., Ltd.). Transmission electron micrographs were acquired using a transmission electron microscope (model JEM-1011, JEOL Ltd., Japan). Detergency was measured using a vertical dirtometer (model RHLQ-Ⅲ, China National Institute of Daily Chemical Industry). Foam performance was determined using a foam analyzer (Roche foam meter, model MBM-RI, China National Institute of Daily Chemical Industry). All data was collected at China National Institute of Daily Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. from January 2018 to December 2020.
