This dataset contains raw transcriptomic results obtained from RNA-seq analysis of Caco-2 cells treated with urolithin A–diclofenac conjugates versus control or urolithin A vs control. The table includes mean normalized counts, log2 fold changes, p-values, and adjusted p-values for differentially expressed genes. These data were generated to investigate the effect of urolithin A conjugation with NSAIDs on intestinal barrier function, as reported in Korczak et al., Urolithin A conjugation with NSAIDs inhibits its glucuronidation and maintains improvement of Caco-2 monolayers' barrier function, Biomedicine & Pharmacotherapy (2023).
