Interlanguage and Mathematical Translation Methodology Sidecar

This is the methodology, provenance, corpus-control, and programme-state sidecar for the mathematical transcription and translation archive. It preserves source-body baselines, weighted-automaton and terminology work, manager handoffs, decision and audit methods, reproducible checks, and bounded interlanguage experiments while the full mathematical readers remain on their author or series records. It maps the stable Noether, SGA, SGA2, Deligne, and Interlanguage public homes and describes the complete numbered archive rather than only the newest upload. Retained archive: packages 01-10 preserve the original Claude/ChatGPT programme dump, full source-body baselines grouped by language family, weighted automata, term ledgers, inventories, hashes, Fable method transfers, and route-context returns. Packages 11-16 retain the consolidated workflow, research-department and automata materials, Interslavic and Romance methodology, the Noether R823 completion gate, and the eight-lane language-manager fleet snapshot. New organized checkpoints: package 17a consolidates the public-safe Romance corpus metadata, WordWeb/access state, append-only decision governance, controlled-Romance T001-T008 profile, bounded T008 TeX/PDF, integrated acceptance evidence, and metadata-only Rumantsch Grischun school-algebra intake. Package 17b records Interslavic normalization through Tranche 007 and the final 221-unit audit. Package 17c is the exact compact public WordWeb/access checkpoint for direct reuse. Measured boundaries: Romance WordWeb contains 60 concepts, 106 explicit senses, 811 metadata-only evidence records, 954 sense-by-cohort rows, and 28 unsupported-sense gaps. Controlled Romance covers eight bounded units and 19 aggregate PDF pages with continuation at German R823 line 21309. The paired Noether Interslavic corpus contains 221 Latin-script and 221 Cyrillic-script units; Tranches 003-007 record 1,111 replacements across 247 distinct units. The final audit retains 353 vazi*|vaze* mathematical probes as an external-authority blocker. Classification: these are model-built methodology, corpus, normalization, and working-translation artifacts. They do not claim native-language validation, human intelligibility results, pilot readiness, form promotion, community certification, rights clearance, critical-edition status, peer review, or universal mathematical/source-fidelity certification.
