Genome-wide population structure and selection signatures of Yunling goat based on RAD-seq

This dataset is  filtered data for downstream genetic evolution analysis, which including genetic marker information(SNPs), data related to structure analysis and PCA analysis, data files related to Fst genetic differentiation, and data files related to Fst-pi analysis. There are README.txt  and about_sample_abbreviation.txt file in this dataset.
