METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR GENERATION OF A HIGH-SPEED VIDEO WITH FRAMES FROM A PRE-RECORDED VIDEO SEQUENCE

Provided is a method of image processing for generation of a higher frame rate video by deblurring naturally blurred videos. The method includes receiving a plurality of input frames of a standard frame rate video; identifying one or more blur regions in one or more of the plurality of input frames; regenerating a plurality of sharp constituent frames reconstructed from each of input frame among the plurality of input frames， wherein each of the input frame comprises one or more blur regions， and wherein each of the sharp constituent frame having sharp features and regenerated from blur artifacts of the one or more blur regions; obtaining a higher number of frames than the plurality of input frames by combining each of the regenerated plurality of sharp constituents frames with the plurality of input frames; and generating a blur-free slow motion image sequence having the higher number of frames.
