An Anonymized Geospatial Dengue Surveillance Dataset for Risk Stratification: A Municipal-Year Analytical Resource for Unsupervised Clustering

This dataset provides a 15-year (2010–2024) anonymized epidemiological surveillance resource for dengue fever in the Caribbean region of Colombia. It comprises 303,801 harmonized case records from 197 municipalities, derived from the Colombian National Public Health Surveillance System (SIVIGILA) and managed by the National Institute of Health (INS). The repository includes both the processed tabular microdata and engineered municipality-year analytical datasets. The data has been rigorously cleaned, geographically filtered, and standardized. It includes critical temporal, demographic (age, sex), clinical (hospitalization, case fatality, diagnostic classification), and geospatial variables (department, municipality, rurality).
