The Urban Planning Code defines two types of areas for municipal maps: however, there are special cases:- Graphic documents may define sectors reserved for industrial or craft activities, in particular those incompatible with the neighbourhood of inhabited areas.- They delimit, where appropriate, the areas in which the reconstruction of a building destroyed by a disaster is not permitted.- The installations necessary for collective equipment, agricultural or forestry exploitation and the development of natural resources are not covered by the principle of inconstructibility resulting from a classification.《城市规划法典》（Urban Planning Code）为市政地图划定了两类区域，但存在若干特殊情形： - 制图文件可划定专属用于工业或手工业活动的片区，尤其针对那些与居住区邻里环境不相容的产业活动； - 此类文件在必要时可划定区域，禁止在该区域内重建因灾害损毁的建（构）筑物； - 因用地分类产生的不可建设原则，不适用于公共配套设施、农林开发及自然资源开发所需的相关设施。
