Informational perimeters of the UUST land use plan

The informational perimeters of the local planning plan (LDP) are digitised in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG. They represent the geographical information added either for regulatory reasons or for information purposes: — the information required to be annexed to the planning documents in accordance with Articles R123-13 and R123-14 of the Urban Planning Code; — information reported on graphical documents for information purposes. In this dataset you will find information on TYPE 04 (Urban Preemption Right Perimeters) and 05 (Deferred Development Areas) if they appear on the PLU graphic documents.本数据集涵盖的地方规划计划（Local Planning Plan, LDP）信息边界，已严格遵循CNIG的国家规范完成数字化处理。此类边界承载两类为合规监管或信息公示目的新增的地理信息： — 依据《城市规划法典》第R123-13条与第R123-14条规定，需作为附件附随于规划文件的必备信息； — 为信息公示目的，标注于各类图形文档中的相关信息。 若04类（城市优先购买权边界）与05类（延迟开发区）信息出现在地方城市规划文档（Plan Local d'Urbanisme, PLU）的图形文件中，本数据集将包含其相关内容。
