Buildings of Troyes Champagne Métropole

Above-ground construction that is used to house humans, animals, objects, for the production of economic goods or for the provision of services and that refers to any structure built or erected permanently on its site.

**Selection:
Initially, the building selection thresholds were as follows:**
• All buildings over 50 m2 are included.
• Buildings between 20 and 50 m2 are selected according to their environment and appearance.
• Buildings of less than 20 m2 are represented by a punctual construction class object if they are very high, or if they are specifically designated on the map at 1: 25 000 in progress (e.g. antenna, transformer...).

After unification of the BDTOPO® with the BD PARCELLAIRE®
All buildings present in the latest edition of the PARCELLAIRE® vector comic are included, except possibly buildings clearly destroyed since the date of validity of the PARCELLAIRE® comic.

The small buildings of the PARCELLAIRE® DB that represent one-off constructions (e.g. transformers) or linear constructions (e.g. walls of ramparts) are captured with their respective initial modeling in BDTOPO®.
There is no longer a minimum threshold for the area of buildings.
However, if a new photogrammetric entry takes place after the unification phases of the building, the new buildings will not have the granularity of the PARCELLAIRE® DB. For restitution, the initial selection thresholds are then applied (buildings of more than 50 m2 and buildings of 20 to 50 m2 depending on their environment and appearance).

They are differentiated by the field 'Origin of the building' = ''Cadastre''
The external contour of the building taken from the BD PARCELLAIRE® is eventually transferred to the BDTOPO® building during the unification process. The initial orientation of the PARCELLAIRE® DB is generally retained, unless the rotation is too marked compared to the initial BDTOPO® data.

The shape of the contour is taken from the ground. The polygon is flattened, i.e. the same roof elevation is assigned to each point of the unified building (such as a ‘shoe box’).
BD PARCELLAIRE® buildings have a finer granularity than BDTOPO® buildings (cutting out plots, building extensions, etc.). As a result, what was only a BDTOPO® building is represented by several buildings after unification.

**遴选规则：**
初始建筑遴选阈值如下：
• 所有面积超过50平方米的建筑均被纳入。
• 面积介于20至50平方米的建筑，将根据其周边环境与外观进行遴选。
• 面积小于20平方米的建筑，若其高度突出，或在1:25000比例尺的作业地图中被明确标注（如天线、变压器（transformer）等），则以点状建筑类对象进行表示。

在BDTOPO®与BD PARCELLAIRE®完成统一后，除自PARCELLAIRE®数据集生效日期起已明确损毁的建筑外，BD PARCELLAIRE®最新版矢量数据集中的所有建筑均被纳入。

PARCELLAIRE®数据库中代表一次性构筑物（如变压器）或线性构筑物（如城墙墙体）的小型建筑，将按照其在BDTOPO®中的初始建模方式进行采集。建筑面积不再设置最低阈值。但若在建筑统一阶段之后开展新的摄影测量入库工作，则新增建筑将不具备PARCELLAIRE®数据库的粒度精度。此时需恢复使用初始遴选阈值（即面积超过50平方米的建筑，以及面积介于20至50平方米、需结合周边环境与外观进行遴选的建筑）。

**几何建模：**
源自PARCELLAIRE®数据集的建筑，可通过"建筑来源"字段值为"地籍（Cadastre）"进行区分。在统一流程中，源自BD PARCELLAIRE®的建筑外部轮廓将最终被迁移至BDTOPO®建筑数据中。PARCELLAIRE®数据库的初始方位通常予以保留，除非其与初始BDTOPO®数据相比旋转幅度过大。

建筑轮廓形状取自实地。多边形将被扁平化处理，即统一后的建筑的每个点位均赋予相同的屋顶高程（如"鞋盒式"建模）。BD PARCELLAIRE®的建筑粒度比BDTOPO®更为精细（可拆分地块、建筑扩建部分等）。因此，统一后原本仅为一个BDTOPO®建筑的对象，将被拆分为多个建筑进行表示。
