Results of surface immunolabeling of KCC2 missense variant p.(Arg231His)

Transient transfection of N2a cells with KCC2 constructs harboring an external pHluorin tag (KCC2-pHext) followed by a live-cell immunostaining protocol used to visualize the surface expressed and internalized pools of KCC2. The data includes fluorescence intensities for human wild-type and variant (p.R231H) KCC2-pHext as well as rat KCC2-pHext and a modified construct whereby the N-terminal has been removed (deltaN rat KCC2-pHext).
