B-Plan 6-087 Christophstraße (INSPIRE)

Inspired-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development Plan 6-087 entered into force on 5.6.1981. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.布赖斯高地区弗赖堡市符合欧洲空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）规范的开发规划。编号为6-087的开发规划于1981年6月5日正式生效。开发规划包含对城市规划秩序具有法律约束力的细则，是建筑管理规划的核心组成部分。该规划明确规定了建设的选址、建设内容与建设方式。原则上，开发规划需以土地利用规划为基础编制。本数据集采用INSPIRE-PLU数据模型，可通过开放地理空间联盟（Open Geospatial Consortium, OGC）的网络地图服务（Web Map Service, WMS）以及预定义的ATOM供稿接口获取。
