IPL Team Performance and Match Summary Dataset (2008–2025)

This dataset provides comprehensive match-level and season-level data from the Indian Premier League (IPL), covering the period from 2008 onwards. The dataset consists of two files: (i) a season-wise team performance dataset and (ii) a match-level summary dataset. The data include match dates, teams involved, outcomes and performance indicators. This dataset is designed to support research in sports analytics, performance analysis, and as contextual input for financial and event-study research examining the economic impact of IPL matches.
