Species distribution modelling output and results

The following data files are the results from the species distribution models (SDMs) used in the manuscript "Exploring novel North Water Polynya ecosystems under climate change".The following folders for each species (Mallotus_villosus, Boreogadus_saida, Reinhardtius_hippoglossoides and Orcinus_orca) contain .rds files for the output of each of the four SDM types; Maximum Entropy (MaxEnt) (files ending model.output.MAXENT), Generalized Additive Models (GAMs) (files ending model.output.GAM), Boosted Regression Trees (BRTs) (files ending model.output.GBM and model.perf.table.GBM), and Random Forests (RFs) (files ending model.output.RF). Within each file for each species, the output for each of the models across the 10 spatially aggregated blocks are reported.<br>
以下数据文件为论文"Exploring novel North Water Polynya ecosystems under climate change"中所使用的物种分布模型(species distribution models, SDMs)的运行结果。针对四个物种:Mallotus_villosus、Boreogadus_saida、Reinhardtius_hippoglossoides及Orcinus_orca,每个物种均设有专属文件夹,其中包含四类物种分布模型各自输出结果的.rds文件:最大熵模型(Maximum Entropy, MaxEnt)(文件后缀为model.output.MAXENT)、广义加性模型(Generalized Additive Models, GAMs)(文件后缀为model.output.GAM)、提升回归树(Boosted Regression Trees, BRTs)(文件后缀为model.output.GBM与model.perf.table.GBM),以及随机森林(Random Forests, RFs)(文件后缀为model.output.RF)。在每个物种的对应文件中,均报告了10个空间聚合区块下各模型的运行结果。
