Supplementary material for Chapter 3 (Specific Objective 2) of the doctoral thesis "Modelado y gestión de la degradación de celdas de Litio reutilizadas para aplicaciones de segunda vida en microrredes aisladas" by Víctor José Olivero Ortiz, Universidad del Norte, Barranquilla, Colombia, 2026. This deposit contains the source code, processed data, and figures supporting the design and validation of the HA-ACD (Heterogeneity-Aware Adaptive Charge-Discharge) algorithm, an original charge-discharge strategy that proactively modulates bank current based on each cell's proximity to its safe operating limits via a continuous Criticality Index (CI). The algorithm addresses parametric heterogeneity in capacity, impedance, and voltage across an 8-cell 18650 series bank constructed from three public datasets (NASA PCoE, NASA Recommissioned, HNEI). Contents: (1) Python and MATLAB implementations of the HA-ACD algorithm and CC-CV comparative simulation, (2) sensitivity analysis over the anticipation margin ΔV and 50-run Monte Carlo robustness validation with ±10% parameter perturbation, (3) statistical heterogeneity analysis scripts with Weibull/Normal distribution fitting, Shapiro-Wilk normality testing, and Pearson correlation matrices, (4) virtual bank parameter file with full Thévenin 1RC model data for 8 cells, and (5) all 14 chapter figures. The algorithm simulation scripts are self-contained and require no external datasets.
