3DBG is a novel storage paradigm and database system to store and query genomic data in a 3D space with a lightweight 3D genome browser to visualize and navigate these data from any internet browser. Our system aims to foster the discovery of spatial relationships between genomic elements and accelerate the large-scale analysis of space-dependent regulatory mechanisms.
