Enhanced seismicity catalog (2017–February 5, 2023) for the epicentral region of the 2023 Mw 7.8 Kahramanmaraş earthquake, Türkiye
收藏资源简介:
This catalog was constructed by using artificial intelligence and traditional techniques for phase picking, phase association, and earthquake relocation. The catalog consists of 5686 events for the period of 1st January 2017 until 5th February 2023, that is, a day before the Mw 7.8 earthquake that struck Türkiye. Description of the catalog .csv file columns: Column Description ID Unique identifier for each event. time UTC timestamp of the event. magnitude Local magnitude (ML) of the event longitude Longitude of the event in decimal degrees (WGS84). Expected value. latitude Latitude of the event in decimal degrees (WGS84). Expected value. depth Depth of the event in kilometers. Expected value. len3 Length of the semi-major-axis of 68% confidence ellipsoid uncertainties rms Root-mean-square of residuals at the expectation hypocenter nphs Number of phases used for hypocenter location gap Maximum azimuth gap in degrees between stations used for location The manuscript from which this dataset stems is currently under review.
