This series contains two forms – a “Minute of Order of Court: Complaint for Preliminary Expenses, Child Welfare Act, 1923, Section 70” and a “Minute of Order of Court: Child Welfare Act, 1923, Section 74.”The Complaint for Preliminary Expenses is lodged prior to the birth of the child concerned and deals specifically with ordering the defendant to pay for “preliminary expenses of and incidental to and immediately succeeding the birth of the child.”The second form relates to ordering the defendant to pay maintenance from the present until the child concerned reaches 14 years.
