Code and data for: 'Subseasonal-to-Seasonal forecasting for wind turbine maintenance scheduling'

Code and data to produce site-specific forecasts of weekly mean wind speed, weekly standard deviation of hourly wind speed and a weather window 'number of useful hours' metric. A cost-loss model for crane hire is developed to evaluate the costs of decisions based on the forecasts. Forms the basis of the work for chapter 5 of PhD thesis 'Predictive analytics for wind power forecasting'. Access to data restricted due to commercial constraints.
