This dataset contains survey responses from 1,032 users of three major digital platforms in Colombia: Mercado Libre, Rappi, and Uber. The dataset was collected as part of a study examining the impact of Perceived Brand Ethics (PBE), Trust, and Customer Experience (CX) on Brand Engagement (BE) and Customer Loyalty within e-commerce, food delivery, and transportation services. The dataset includes demographic information such as gender and age, as well as responses to validated scales measuring PBE, Trust, CX, BE, and Loyalty. All constructs were assessed using a 7-point Likert scale. The dataset also specifies which platform each respondent evaluated, allowing for comparative analysis across platforms.
