The aim of this work was to identify copy number variations (CNVs) by high-resolution array comparative genomic hybridization (aCGH) on 50 dogs with newly diagnosed DLBCL. The DNA obtained from 50 cDLBCL specimens together with the paired skin biopsies were analyzed using a Agilent-025522 SurePrint G3 Canine CGH Microarray 4x180K (GPL10156). Tumor and reference DNA samples were labelled independently with cyanine 5-deoxyuridine triphosphate (dUTP) and cyanine 3-dUTP, respectively, using SureTag Complete DNA Labeling Kit. Oligo aCGH analysis was performed following the manufacturer’s recommendations, using an Oligo aCGH/ChIP-on-chip Hybridization Kit (Agilent Technologies).
