Codebook used for the systems maps represented in Figs 4 and 6. For privacy reasons quotes and references to interviews are not included. Tab 1 contains a weblink to an interactive version of the systems maps. Tab 2 represents the elements, their definition and a categorisation into layers (for Fig 4A), subsystems (for Fig 6B) and clusters (for Figs 4B and 6A). Tab 3 contains the connections, their polarity and their definitions. Tab 4 and 5 contain the Kumu code for both versions of the systems maps.
