Zones vulnerable to nitrates of agricultural origin - 2014 edition

Delimitation of zones vulnerable to nitrates of agricultural origin as provided for:- in Article 30 of the rules of the Regional Water Protection Plan (PTA) approved by the Legislative Assembly by Decision No 40 of 21 December 2005 (B.U.R. No 20 of 13 February 2006);- in Regional Executive Decision No 49 of 21 January 2013 containing \"Confirmation of zones vulnerable to nitrates of agricultural origin in implementation of Article 36(7)-ter of Decree-Law No 179 of 18 October 2012, converted into Law No 221 of 17 December 2012.农业源硝酸盐脆弱区的划定，需遵循以下两项规定： - 依据2005年12月21日第40号决议经立法会议批准的《区域水资源保护规划（Regional Water Protection Plan，简称PTA）》规则第30条（刊载于2006年2月13日第20号官方公报B.U.R.）； - 依据2013年1月21日第49号地区行政决议，该决议内容为"为落实2012年10月18日第179号政令（后经2012年12月17日第221号法律正式转化）第36条第7款之三的规定，确认农业源硝酸盐脆弱区"。
