Cellular and axonal transport phenotypes due to the C9ORF72 HRE in iPSC motor and sensory neurons

Transcriptomic signature of the C9orf72 hexonucleotide repeat expansion in induced pluripotent stem cell derived motor and sensory neurons. iPSC-MNs for RNA sequencing were harvested on DIV 62 and iPSC-SNs were havested on DIV 45 from 3 control lines and 3 patient lines from ALS patients carrying the C9orf72 hexonucleotide repeat expansion.
