Mutants of Bacillus cereus resistant to ciprofloxacin have been previously described, butcanonically rely on mutations in ciprofloxacin targets such as parB or gyrA to confer resistance.Here, we report the draft genome assemblies of Bacillus cereus strains with wildtype parBand gyrA but also exhibiting increased growth in the presence of ciprofloxacin.
