资源简介:
We have been using NR to structurally investigate the differencing between floating models of the Gram negative bacterial outer membrane containing P. syringae and E. coli lipopolysaccharides to uniquely determine how P. syringae has adapted its lipopolysaccharides to aid in plant pathogenesis. Here we wish to study two families of plant immune response proteins, indoline and thionins against accurate models of the plant pathogen and non-pathogenic LPS containing Gram negative bacterial outer membrane models. The aim of this work is to determine if P. syringae, as a plant pathogen, is better adapted to resist the plant immune response than non-pathogenic bacteria.
