Time-Series Clustering of AmeriFlux Sites

This project aims to use the key time-series features (e.g., diurnal, seasonal dynamics) of flux & met variables, to explore the similarity among sites across AmeriFlux. This repository supplements the manuscript Network of Networks: Time-Series Clustering of AmeriFlux Sites by Reed, Chu, Peter, Chen, et al. [in prep]. Journal TBD.本项目旨在利用通量与气象变量的关键时间序列特征（例如日循环动态、季节动态），探究美国通量网（AmeriFlux）各观测站点间的相似性。本数据集仓库作为Reed、Chu、Peter、Chen等学者所著在编手稿《网络之网络：美国通量网站点时间序列聚类》的补充材料，该手稿的投稿期刊尚未确定。
