Comparative expression between hT-ALL cells isolated from NSG mouse thorax vertebrae (adipocyte poor) bone marrow and from tail vetretbrae (adipocyte rich) bone marrow We used microarrays to understand the global program of gene expression underlying hT-ALL behaviour in two different bone marrow sites 3 hT-ALL were used in this study. For each sample we xenografted immunodeficient mice. When bone marrow sampling was more than 90 % of chimerism, mice were sacrified and we recovered human leukemic cells from thoracic vertebrae and from tail vertebrae. Leukemic cells were purified by immunomagnetic selection then RNA were extracted.
