Expression profile of miRNAs in PBMCs infected with CSF vaccine virus in six crossbred pigs

Using high-throughput technology, we aim to identify the expression of miRNAs for understanding the pathogenesis of CSF vaccine virus. PBMCs were collected on date of vaccination, 7th days and 21st days post vaccination. The miRNA expression were compared at 7dpv and 21 dpv as compared to control (PBMCs of prior to vaccination I.e. 0dpv)
