Transcriptional profiles LPC-HRas cells with or without ETV4 knockdown

To determine the molecular signaling pathways responsible for ETV4 regulation of cell growth, RNA sequencing was conducted on LPC-HRas cells with or without ETV4 knockdown Mouse liver tumor cells LPC-HRas were  infected with  the lentiviruses containing control shRFP or shETV4. The gene expression profiling in LPC-HRas cells with or without ETV4 knockdown was analyzed by RNA-seq.
