Spurious numerical mixing in a regional configuration of the Symphonie ocean model over the South-East asian Seas

This file includes the codes of the Symphonie ocean model  (version 3.1.2) and the South-East Asian Seas configuration at 5 km resolution, along with preprocessed output data from some simulations, to be used with the plotting code provided on the following git repo : https://github.com/Clapinet/SpuriousMixingSEA.
