本发明涉及一种润滑脂多功能添加剂,其特征在于,其具有如下结构式,该润滑脂之别步骤为:醇和硼酸,以甲苯或二甲苯作溶剂,在140~175℃下反应10-15h;随后加入适量的2-氨基5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑,在120-150℃下搅拌反应5-8h;冷却得粗产物,洗涤,烘干后得到本发明的多功能添加剂。本发明的多功能添加剂在较低添加剂量时即可对润滑脂的减摩、抗氧和防腐蚀性能起到明显的改善提升作用。
This invention relates to a multifunctional additive for lubricating greases, which is characterized by having the following structural formula. The preparation process is as follows: First, react alcohol with boric acid using toluene or xylene as solvent at 140–175 °C for 10–15 hours; Then, add an appropriate amount of 2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole, and stir the reaction mixture at 120–150 °C for 5–8 hours; Cool the mixture to obtain the crude product, and the multifunctional additive of the present invention is obtained after washing and drying. The multifunctional additive of the present invention can significantly enhance the anti-friction, anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion performance of lubricating greases even at a low addition dosage.
