Capability in Supply chain performance

In the study identified supply chain capability such as innovation, visibility and collaboration effect on supply chain performance. Moreover, how supply chain digitization moderate those relationship. To investigate the relation among the variables, data was collected from supply chain manager and merchandising manager of apparel manufacturing industry in Bangladesh through survey mathod. The result found that innovation and visibility positively effect on SCP, where collaboration dose not effectively contribute in this industry. Similarly DSCI positively moderate relationship in SCP and (Innovativeness and Visibility). No moderating effect on SCP and collaboration.
