Sydney Water Temperature & Humidity - 30mn aggregation

Historical Temperature and Humidity data collected by Sydney Water network of sensors in Liverpool, Hawkesbury, Penrith and a few other LGAs outside of Western Parkland Councils. Data is aggregated half hourly.The network of sensors have been installed to inform and optimise irrigation in these areas.本数据集为悉尼水务（Sydney Water）布设的传感器网络，在利物浦、霍克斯伯里、彭里斯以及西园区议会（Western Parkland Councils）辖区外的部分其他地方政府辖区（Local Government Areas，LGAs）内采集得到的历史温湿度数据。数据以半小时为聚合间隔进行汇总统计。布设该传感器网络的目的，是为上述区域的灌溉作业提供决策支撑并实现灌溉优化。
