Data for: Accelerated free-breathing respiratory-resolved liver PDFF, R2* and QSM quantification in isotropic high-resolution using 3D multi-echo radial acquisition

This dataset contains representative MATLAB-formatted raw MRI data and reconstruction-related parameters for reproducing the respiratory-resolved reconstruction workflow associated with free-breathing isotropic-resolution liver PDFF, R2*, and QSM mapping using a 3D golden-step interleaved (GSI) multi-echo radial acquisition. Data format and contents: ReconParam.matMATLAB .mat file containing reconstruction-related parameters and auxiliary information required by the workflow, including extracted respiratory motion signals and other processing settings. FirstEcho.mat.part1 to FirstEcho.mat.part3Split parts of the original FirstEcho.mat file. After merging, the reconstructed .mat file contains the multi-coil k-space data for the first echo, acquired with a center-out half-echo readout, together with the corresponding 3D trajectory and density compensation weights. Second&ThirdEcho.mat.part1 to Second&ThirdEcho.mat.part10Split parts of the original Second&ThirdEcho.mat file. After merging, the reconstructed .mat file contains the multi-coil k-space data for the second and third echoes, acquired with full-echo readouts, together with the corresponding 3D trajectory and density compensation weights. README.txtProvides instructions for merging the split files on Windows, Linux, and macOS, and includes SHA-256 checksum information for validating that the merged files are identical to the original files before use. The shared data were acquired from a healthy volunteer on a 3T MRI system during free breathing using a 3D GSI non-Cartesian trajectory. All shared spokes were processed with trajectory correction and gradient delay correction before release. This Zenodo record provides the representative dataset required to run the associated reconstruction workflow.
