This dataset records the entries from the supplementary tables of the 2011 China Forestry Development Report, covering the afforestation area statistics of all regions in China in 2010, categorized by economic composition, afforestation methods and forest categories. The included fields are: region, total afforestation area, public-sector afforestation, private-sector afforestation, total artificial afforestation, bamboo groves, aerial seeding afforestation, new enclosure and afforestation on barren land and sparse forest land, timber forests, economic forests, protective forests, fuelwood and charcoal forests, and special-use forests.

Additionally, this dataset contains statistical data on the development status of China's forestry industry in 2011 across multiple dimensions including forestry production, afforestation, forest products, forest pest, rodent and disease control, key forestry project investment, and forest resource conditions. The main contents are as follows:
1. Import and export values of major forest products from 2001 to 2010
2. Import and export quantities of major forest products from 2001 to 2010
