资源简介:
Utricularia jamesoniana, a small epiphytic plant found in wet tropical forests, stands out for its carnivorous habit, intricate trap system, and small but beautiful and complex flowers. This species remains relatively understudied despite its wide geographical distribution and curious adaptations. In this study, we employed 16S rRNA and ITS sequencing to investigate the prokaryotic and fungal communities within leaves and traps of U. jamesoniana. The analysis of amplicon sequence variants (ASVs) unveiled notable differences in the community composition among tissues and a unique microenvironment.
