Camden Localities Profile - West Locality

This public health intelligence profile describes the patterns in demographics, risk factors and burden of ill health due to long term conditions for people registered with a GP in the West locality. GP localities are clusters of practices working together to share experiences and knowledge, as well as local monitoring of service provision.
