This dataset conducts statistical analysis on children's jeans consumption data. It constructs customer profiles for historical order-placing clients, develops customer tags, identifies customer consumption tiers, and provides data support for formulating targeted advertising and marketing strategies based on customers' product preferences. For Class A consumers, regular promotional discounts are offered to enhance customer loyalty. It also offers data support for enterprises to set up product distribution warehouses across the country and develop advertising and marketing strategies based on the purchase and usage volumes of children's jeans by consumers in different regions. By gaining in-depth insights into the needs and preferences of customers across various consumption tiers, this dataset can accurately pinpoint industry and market innovation directions, uncover new market opportunities and gaps, expand new market space, promote brand upgrading and differentiation, and better grasp market trends and changes in consumer demand.
1. Data Collection: Collect sales data of children's jeans from the company's platform within one quarter.
2. Data Processing: Organize the collected data, eliminate invalid and missing data, and conduct classification, merging and accumulation to facilitate subsequent analysis.
3. Data Calculation: Calculate the proportion of a customer's order amount for children's jeans to the total order amount of the children's jeans category, with the formula: Proportion = (Customer's order amount for children's jeans / Total order amount of the children's jeans category) × 100%. Rank customers by their consumption proportion in total consumption in descending order. Apply the ABCDEF classification method for consumption tiering: Class A consumption for customers with proportion > 2%; Class B consumption for 1% < proportion ≤ 2%; Class C consumption for 0.6% < proportion ≤ 1%; Class D consumption for 0.3% < proportion ≤ 0.6%; Class E consumption for 0.1% < proportion ≤ 0.3%; Class F consumption for proportion ≤ 0.1%.
