Raw sequencing reads of Enterococcus faecalis with Linezolid Resistance and Intermediate Susceptibility obtained using Illumina.

This dataset contains raw sequencing reads of Enterococcus faecalis strains isolated from clinical samples at a Mexican tertiary care university hospital. The data were generated using the Illumina NextSeq platform. It includes paired-end FASTQ files, sample metadata, and additional relevant annotations.

These data can be used for studying antibiotic resistance mechanisms, genomic diversity, and comparative genomics. The dataset is publicly available for scientific use and can be cited using the DOI provided below.
