XPlanning Dataset BPL “Development Measure Living 1”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Development Measure Housing 1” of the town of Backnang from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Redefining in the area “Zirler Weg – Reisäcker Staffel”.开发计划（Development Plan，简称BPL）包含针对城市规划秩序的各项具有法律约束力的议定条款。原则上，开发计划须以土地利用规划为基础编制。本次可用数据集为采用XPlanung 5.0标准的巴克南（Backnang）镇“住宅开发措施1（Development Measure Housing 1）”开发计划。说明：对“齐勒路-赖萨克尔施塔菲尔（Zirler Weg – Reisäcker Staffel）”片区进行用地重新划定。
