This article explores the importance of English as a key professional tool for Human Resource Management (HRM) specialists in the modern global labor market. With the rapid development of globalization, digital transformation, and international cooperation, HR professionals are required to operate in multilingual and multicultural environments. The study analyzes the role of English in recruitment, internal communication, employee training, leadership, and career development. The research is based on general HR practices and personal academic observations.
