<B>Summary</B><BR><BR> This study examined 61 conciliation board cases of residents of who 39 were dismissed for failing to meet the competencies of the CanMEDS professional domain, whose unprofessional behaviors where categorized with the 4I’s-model (on inadequate introspection, interaction, integrity, involvement).<BR><BR>
