Effects of aromatherapy on menopausal symptoms: a systematic review and meta-analysis

Processed data for a systematic review and meta‑analysis on the effects of aromatherapy on menopausal symptoms. The dataset contains standardized and harmonized data extracted from included studies. Adjustments were applied to handle shared control/intervention groups (Choi 2014, Darsareh 2012/Taavoni 2013, Döner 2024) and to convert MD/SE to Mean±SD (Döner 2024). All procedures follow Cochrane Handbook recommendations. Complete methodological details, formulas, and traceable calculations are provided in the accompanying Excel file and a separate README sheet.
