Dataset: International Academic Mobility, Competence Development, and Perceived Employability (N = 214)

This dataset contains anonymised survey data from 214 university graduates used in the study examining the association between participation in the Erasmus programme and perceived employability. The dataset includes 24 item-level indicators measuring four latent constructs: transferable skills (TS1–TS6), intercultural competence (IC1–IC6), social capital (SC1–SC6), and perceived employability (PE1–PE6), as well as a mobility participation variable and relevant control variables. Data were analysed using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and parallel mediation modelling (PROCESS Model 4) with 5,000 bootstrap resamples. All data are fully anonymised and contain no personally identifiable information. The dataset is provided to ensure transparency and reproducibility of the reported analyses.
