本数据是中国林业统计年鉴2014中各地区林业系统单位离开本单位仍保留劳动关系人员年末人数。统计了全国31个省市自治区及内蒙古集团、吉林集团、长白山集团、龙江集团、新疆兵团、大兴安岭、局直属单位林业系统按性质分企事业机关，按行业分农林牧渔业、制造业、服务业等离开本单位仍保留劳动关系人员年末人数。

This dataset comprises the year-end headcount of employees who left their positions in regional forestry system units while still retaining their labor relations, sourced from the 2014 *China Forestry Statistical Yearbook*. The statistics cover 31 provinces, autonomous regions and centrally administered municipalities nationwide, plus entities including Inner Mongolia Group, Jilin Group, Changbai Mountain Group, Longjiang Group, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, Daxing'anling Forestry Area, and units directly under the forestry bureau. The data is classified by the nature of forestry system units (i.e., enterprises, public institutions and government agencies) and by industry sectors such as agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, manufacturing, service industries, etc., targeting the year-end headcount of the aforementioned employees who separated from their posts but retained their labor relations.
