资源简介:
This repository contains hydrologic data collected at the Horsebarn Hill catchment, a 36.5 ha active dairy cow grazeland basin with a large wetland center. This data is used to study soil water flow paths and growing season solute transport on sloped agricultural land.
- HBH_Catchment_Map.png: Figure showing the (a) regional location, (b) satellite imagery with basin delineation/sampling site locations, and (c) digital elevation model (DEM) of the basin.
- HBH_Groundwater_Depth_Data.csv: Daily average depth to groundwater at the 2\" monitoring well in the basin wetland from April 2022 to February 2023. Daily depths were averaged (mean) from 15-min data collected using a Onset HOBO-U20 pressure transducer.
- HBH_Soil_VWC_Data.csv: Shallow soil (0-12cm) volumetric water content measurements taken biweekly at various sites along a west-facing hay hillslope from April to October 2022. Data was the average (mean) of 5 repeated measurements taken using a Campbell Scientific HydroSense II time domain reflectivity probe.
- HBH_Soil_Water_Isotope_Data.csv: Stable water isotope (18O and 2H) compositions for profiled bulk soil water samples (0-50 cm) taken biweekly at various sites along a west-facing hay hillslope from April to October 2022. Soil samples were collected in triplicate using a 5 cm soil auger. Stable water isotope compositions are the average (medium) of three samples. Samples depths were 0-5, 5-10, 10-20, 20-30, 30-40, 40-50 cm, and denoted by the lowest depth.
- HBH_Surface_and_Groundwater_Isotope_Data.csv: Soil water isotopes (18O and 2H) compositions for surface and groundwater samples taken biweekly at the monitoring well in the basin wetland from April to October 2022.
- Stable_Water_Isotope_Analysis_Notes.txt: Specifics concerning the laboratory procedures used to analysis the stable water isotopic compositions of the surface water, groundwater, and soil water samples.
