Reference panel of centromeric active higher-order repeat (aHOR) array sequences for use with ascairn. This dataset contains 2,957 haplotype sequences across 24 chromosomes (chr1-22, chrX, chrY), derived from HPRC Year 1, Cheng et al. (Nature Methods, 2024), HGSVC Phase 3, and T2T reference assemblies. See README.txt for file format details.
