RNA-seq to investigate circadian regulation of gene expression in Drosophila third antennal segments

The experiment looks for circadian regulated genes in the Drosophila third antennal segment. It includes six samples, with three biological replicates of third antennal segment RNA that were extracted from ZT5-ZT8 and three biological replicates that were extracted from ZT17-ZT20. All samples were taken from male flies of the Canton-S strain.
