Data for: Pre-conditioning with remote photobiomodulation modulates the brain transcriptome and protects against MPTP insult in mice

The experimental design used RNA microarray to compare the brain transcriptome (4mm coronal slice encompassing the nigrostriatal pathway) of Balb/c mice treated with 10 days remote PBM with sham-treated mice. Presented are microarray data, generated using Illumina MouseWG-6 v2.0 Expression BeadChips. The data output is from Illumina GenomeStudio, with Cubic Spline normalization and background correction. "Sample Probe" shows intensities for probes on individual arrays, while "Diff Exp" shows summary data comparing the two experimental groups (using the Illumina custom error model for generating the differential expression p value).
